Malay Chamber of Commerce Malaysia has an emblem which consists of fourteen (14) letter 'd' which form a circle and a wheel inside the circle whilst the Ringgit '$' signs, both of them intersect at the center of the circle. 'BERJASA-BERJAYA BANGSA' is the MCCM's motto. Malay Chamber of Commerce Malaysia (MCCM) State of Melaka [Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Malaysia (DPMM) Negeri Melaka] was established in 1963 is one of the branch of MCCM (DPMM) formerly named 'Gabungan Dewan-Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Se-Malaya' which was formed in 1956.  The name then changed to 'Dewan Perniagaan dan Perusahaan Melayu Malaysia' in 1973 and later to 'Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Malaysia' in 1994. MCCM State of Melaka started with small space rented in Jalan Hang Tuah and later moved on to its own  building at Taman Melaka Raya in 1963.  Today, MCCM Melaka has over 200 members consisting of contractors and entrepreneurs in restaurant, manufacturing, trading and others.
